Welcome to Melin Stretch
Thank you for showing interest in your self-care and recovery. While I hope the information you read showcases how I will care for you as a client, nothing beats scheduling a session and experiencing the relaxation and rejuvenation you will find on my table firsthand.
I truly believe in the power of the modalities I specialize in along with personal connection.
These modalities—Fascia Stretch Therapy, Pin & Stretch, KT Tape, and Cupping—have brought about significant changes in my life. As a practitioner, I have witnessed the transformative impact these modalities have had on my client’s lives as well.
You and your body deserve the recovery time you need to thrive. I would love the opportunity to be your partner in this transformational experience.
My Story
My journey into stretch therapy began while grappling with chronic back pain for 15 years, which became acute during my college basketball career, limiting me to standing for only 10 minutes at a time. Faced with the choice of yearly Cortisone injections or nerve severance, I opted to retire from basketball and seek alternative solutions.
Despite trying numerous treatments, lasting relief eluded me until my wife introduced me to an Assisted Stretch Therapist. Remarkably, after just two sessions, my pain vanished for 15 straight days. This led me to regular sessions and significant improvement.
During this period, I was a stay-at-home dad and high school basketball coach, contemplating my next career move. My personal relief from pain inspired me to pursue Stretch Therapy as a profession, aiming to offer others the same liberation from discomfort.
After several years of employment with various entities, I launched my own company with the mission to personally connect with my clients, assist in their recovery, and prepare them for life's next challenge.
I am eager to assist you in achieving your goals!

From 2022 to 2024, I had the privilege of collaborating with Ashley, the visionary behind Renew Movement in Louisville, CO.
Under Ashley's guidance, I received training in her innovative Pin and Stretch technique. In this method, I wear clean socks and utilize my feet to apply pressure on muscles while clients engage in movements.
At Melin Stretch, I've incorporated aspects of this method, using my hands to pin muscles as clients lay on a massage table. When requested and needed I use the complete Pin and Stretch approach to effectively release my clients' locked muscles.
This technique is notably intense yet remarkably effective.
Clients can anticipate:
Immediate Pain Relief
Improved Range of Motion
Body Rebalancing
Improved Circulation
Detoxification
Pin & Stretch
Kinesiology Tape (KT Tape)
Rock Tape - Kinesiology Tape Certificate
Kinesiology tape, also known as KT tape, is a flexible adhesive tape that's designed to support muscles, joints, and tendons while allowing for a full range of motion. When applied correctly, it can provide several benefits for clients:
Pain Relief
Improved circulation & Healing
Enhanced Proprioception (Body position awareness)
Support during activity
Improved body posture
Chinese Cupping
Rock Tape - Chinese Cupping Certificate
Chinese Cupping Therapy is an ancient holistic healing practice that dates back thousands of years. I use plastic cups that create suction on your skin. Unlike massage therapy, which compresses the skin and underlying tissue, cupping lifts, creating space. Clients can anticipate:
