Fascia Stretch Therapy (FST)
What is Fascia (Fash-ah)?
Fascia is the connective tissue system of the body that penetrates through and wraps around muscles, nerves, organs, and just about everything else in your body. Fascia literally connects every part of you. That is why FST positively impacts your body, mind and spirit!
What to expect in your first session:
In a Fascia Stretch Therapy session, you'll begin by kicking off your shoes and laying back on a heated massage table (heat is optional). Your primary focus is to relax and let go of the outside world while I gently guide your body through a series of stretches.
Stretches are designed to be soothing and free of discomfort. The main objective is to encourage your nervous system to enter a relaxed state, known as the parasympathetic state, allowing for deeper and more effective stretching than you could achieve on your own.
Drawing upon years of experience working with clients, I utilize my developed sense of touch to tailor the stretches to your specific needs. Throughout the session, I'll check in with you regularly to ensure we are targeting the areas that require attention.
Clients can expect:
Improved Flexibility & Range of Mobility
Enhanced Performance
Improved Posture
Injury Prevention
Pain Relief
Enhanced Circulation
Stress Reduction

Pin & Stretch
In this modality, I essentially serve as your personalized foam roller. I apply targeted pressure to specific muscle areas. This technique is exceptional for releasing knotted muscles, granting you access to your complete strength and range of motion.
I use this modality in two different ways:
Add in With your consent, and when needed, I incorporate the Pin & Stretch method during a FST session while you are on the massage table. I use my hands to pin the tight muscle groups that I have identified.
Full Session Clients lay on a 2” thick mat on the floor while I use my feet (wearing clean socks, of course) to Pin & Stretch your muscles. I use my heel like a lacrosse ball and the edge of my foot like a foam roller to pin specific muscles. At NO time do I put my full weight on you. During a single session, you can choose to focus on lower body, upper body, or a combination of both.
This modality is notably intense, yet remarkably effective.
Clients can expect:
Immediate Pain Relief
Improved Range of Motion
Body Rebalancing
Improved Circulation
Detoxification
